Boys' Basketball Wins Big Over Holiday Weekend 

It was a big holiday weekend for boys' varsity basketball. Friday, Nov. 29, boys beat Bethel 83-47 then beat Dayton Christian 68-41 Saturday, Nov. 30.

Girls' Win District Championship 2-1 

After tying the game with just 13 seconds to go, the OHS girls' varsity soccer team beat Wyoming 2-1 to become District Champs and advance to Regional Semi-Finals! Next up, Alter Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at Miamisburg High School.

Girls' Basketball Beats Fairborn 64-43 

OHS girls' varsity basketball is 1-1 on the season after beating Fairborn 64-43 Monday, Nov. 25 at home. Senior Kylie Neff was OHS' leading scorer with 20, followed by Margie Conrath with 13, sophomore Olivia Grant with 12 and Emma Neff with 11.

Doubles Finish 3rd at State 

The OHS doubles team of Sophie Russell and Natalie Connelly finished third in the OHSAA State Tennis Championships held Oct 18-19 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center. Way to go girls!

OJH Cross Country Wraps Up Season 

The Oakwood Junior High cross country season is complete following two big meets last week, the OHSAA 7th and 8th Grade Cross Country Invitational and Yellow Springs Invitational.

Boys' Golf Places 5th at State 

For the 11th straight year, OHS boys' golf qualified to compete with the best at the OHSAA State Championships. The boys placed 5th overall.

OHS Girls' Golf Opens Season 

OHS girls' golf opened the season with a loss to Beavercreek. The Beavers posted a 219 to OHS' 229. Abby Kraft was the low score for Oakwood.

Girls' Cross Country Wins Regionals 

For the first time in school history, OHS girls' cross country are Regional Champs. Sophomore Grace Hartman finished 1st, freshman Bella Butler 2nd and senior Elizabeth Vaughn 3rd! The girls' move on to State!
